Villa Cas Frares offers an inviting living room with a rest area with a fireplace and dining table, a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast table, two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the second one with two single beds, and one bathroom with a bathtub.
Among other equipment to be emphasized, the house has a washing machine, Wi-Fi connection, air conditioning, television, linens and towels, kitchenware, etc.
Outdoor you will enjoy a huge private territory with a beautiful garden, a big terrace with BBQ and dining area, and a swimming pool (8m x 4m, depth: 1.00 - 2.00 m) surrounded by a sun terrace with sunbeds. Villa Cas Frares is a perfect place for relaxing and enjoying the calm of typical Majorcan village life.
Santa Maria de Camí is a lovely village with really good Mallorcan gastronomy restaurants. There's a great street market every Sunday morning full of offers and bargains mixed with flowers, typical gastronomy as pastries, ensaimadas, cocarrois, cheese, local brand wines, etc.
Furthermore, this area is perfect for wine lovers - one of the best local brand wineries is located just 13 minutes ways from Santa María.

*Important: due to the location of the house and depending on the season, there might be insects. Slow Villas provides the product kit so you can enjoy your stay without any hassle.*

- Arrival out of office opening hours: keys will be left in a safety box. The total amount must be paid in advance.

Handling of keys, many keys were handed over, only two fit the lock. They should be labeled. Even the ones that fit are tricky to handle because they don't work if you push them all the way in.

We had a perfect stay at Villa Santa Maria last week! The scenery is amazing with the views on the Alaro twins / Sierra de Tramuntana mountain area and the olive trees and big garden. The house is fully equipped with everything you need. The swimming pool is really nice and makes the stay at this villa perfect. The house is located in a tranquil area close to the centre of Santa Maria del Cami, which is a very nice small town which has nice restaurants and great wine. Furthermore, from Santa Maria you can easily travel in only 20 minutes to Palma. Other sightseeing such as Soller is not far, but also if you want to travel all up Northto the East of the island, Santa Maria is nicely located on the island. Regarding the booking, we had very good contact with Benoit. He was super friendly and very helpful prior to our arrival and also during our stay. After we arrived he double checked with us whether everything was going well and if we had any questions at all. Excellent service! We can highly recommend Villa Santa Maria and Slow Villas and as yearly visitors of Mallorca we definitely come back next year!
