Villa Son Vives is located on the heights of Banyalbufar, a small town with great and varied charms, in the middle of the Sierra de Tramuntana but, at the same time, it looks resolutely at the sea.
Villa Son Vives offers guests the main house and guest house. You will enter the main house through a large antique solid wood door that leads to a fully equipped kitchen combined with a dining room with a large table for 8 people. Going up 2 steps you access the rest area with 2 comfortable sofas and a TV. A corridor from the living room will take you to the large master bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed and an en-suite bathroom, which can be a perfect option for families with small children. Also, from the living room you have access to a complete bathroom with shower, crossing which you will get to a double bedroom with 2 single beds. From each room in the main house, you can enjoy stunning views of the sea.
The guest house is accessed through a small typical Mallorcan patio. This house has the following distribution: upon entering you reach the first bedroom with a sofa bed, from here you access a hall with a large closet and access to another bedroom with its double bed and the complete bathroom with a bathtub.
Villa Son Vives is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and carefree stay with your family and friends: air conditioning in the bedrooms of the main house and ceiling fans in the guest house, heating, WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine and complete kitchenware), sheets and towels (bath and pool), and much more.
The highlight of this impressive property is its exterior with extensive gardens with typical Mediterranean trees and shrubs, lawns, and vineyards. In the pool area, there are 8 hammocks, a large pergola with a dining table for 8 people, a BBQ, and a small gazebo with a wrought iron table and two chairs where you can have your breakfast or a glass of wine with your partner. From every corner of the exterior, you will enjoy unbeatable views of the sea from a bird's eye view that will not fail to impress you throughout your stay.
Banyalbufar is a charming little town with a lovely historic center with cafes, bars, restaurants, greengrocers, and various shops mainly offering local products. In particular, it is worth visiting one of its local wineries. You can also appreciate a beautiful waterfall and a historic tower called Torre de Ses Ànimes, which was built as protection against pirate attacks in the 16th century.

*Silence is obligatory between 22:00 and 09:00, and during the rest of the day respect for the neighbors is essential (no loud music, excessive noise, etc.)*

*There are inactive motion sensors inside the property*
*Please keep the kitchen and barbecue areas clean to avoid attracting insects*
*Important: due to the location of the house and depending on the season, there might be insects. Slow Villas provides the product kit so you can enjoy your stay without any hassle.*
*Important to rent a small car: the house is reached by a narrow path*
*IMPORTANT: The upper floor of the main house is sometimes used by the owners. There are no common areas that are shared; everything described in the property description is for the exclusive use of guests.*
*We ask that you do not exceed 75l per day per person (one-two showers per person of 5-10 minutes which will not affect your stay). Once or twice a week a water truck will come to refill the reserve cistern. We kindly ask you to leave your vehicles as far as possible to the back of the car park so that the truck can park. Thank you very much for your cooperation.*

Grundsätzlich ein wunderschöner Ferienort in einem einzigartigen Haus. Sehr flexibel auch bei Spezialwünschen (warme Decken). In Notfällen erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Spezialinfo: Die Zufahrt zu diesem Haus führt durchs Dorf Banyalbufar und ist SEHR tricky. An zwei Stellen unglaublich eng und wir waren froh, hatten wir KLEINE Mietaustos. Ansonsten alles wunderbar und unvergesslich!

Ein wirklich sehr schönes geräumiges, individuell eingerichtetes Haus in einem ganz bezaubernden Dorf. Ruhig, mit wunderschöner Aussicht. Einkaufsgelegenheit und tolle Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Allerdings sollte man darauf achten, kein großes Auto zu mieten, ansonsten wird man an den engen Straßen zum Haus hinauf scheitern.Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt.
