It is located in Port d´Andratx or Puerto de Andratx which is considered one of the most charming ports in the Mediterranean. Initially a fishing port, now it became a luxury resort and place to live where you will find everything you need for comfortable and full-fledged vacations.

Anchor House sits on the hill of Port Andratx and is surrounded by pine trees that give you a light breeze and cool even on the hottest days.

On the upper floor there is a bright and spacious living room with a dining area; a fully equipped kitchen; a bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom. Going down some stairs you will find another two bedrooms (one with two single beds and the other with a bunk-bed) and a bathroom. The lower floor offers a bedroom with a single bed and an en-suite bathroom.

The living room leads you to the spacious terrace with a dining area where you will enjoy peaceful views over the sea and pine trees. Additionally, there is another terrace with BBQ and a dining area where you can prepare delicious freshly-caught fish and seafood or fresh local meat and vegetables.

Anchor House is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and carefree stay: TV, WiFi connection, air conditioner in the living room and one of the bedrooms, ceiling fans on the first floor, and regular fans on the second floor, dishwasher, kitchenware, bed linens, and towels, etc.

Port Andratx is a cosmopolitan and lively place that combines shopping, art galleries, sun, nightlife, and an infinity of activities related to the sea. The maximum animation is concentrated on the promenade and the pier, where the Lonja building and dozens of restaurants offer exquisite international and local cuisine.

Puerto de Andratx also has two small beaches, and in the surroundings, you will find various sandy beaches and rocky coves. There is also a chic beach bar named Fonollbeach in Cala Fonoll, just about 10 minutes walking from the property. Another advantage of this area is the proximity to the mountains, there are different routes for hiking. Golf lovers will appreciate the luxury courses and spas that are located nearby.

*Silence is obligatory between 22:00 and 09:00, and during the rest of the day respect for the neighbors is essential (no loud music, excessive noise, etc.)*
