Villa Son Pons is a stately home with more than 400 years of history that formerly belonged to one of the most important families of Mallorca. The house is located 500 meters high above the sea and is surrounded by virgin nature and enjoys stunning views over the mountains and the sea, The villa is located in a secluded place, far from hustle and bustle of the city, on the extended plot of land of 50.000 m², with a beautiful garden with lawn, various plants and bushes, olive trees and other evergreen and broad-leaved trees so offer the perfect space for one to fully relax.
Let us introduce you to this charming property and make a virtual excursion: you get to the private territory of the villa through an iron gate and after a 1-minute drive, you reach the house. Opening the big wooden door, you enter the inviting entrance hall which from the first sight makes you “traveling back in time”: natural stone walls, old wooden bench, wooden ceiling beams, and other details which you will find all over this holiday home.
Once you are in the house, you have a spacious living room with comfortable sofas and a TV. From the living room, you have access to a modern kitchen with high-quality appliances and a rustic-style semi-separate dining room with a table for 8 persons and a lounge area with a fireplace and a TV. From the dining room, you have an access to the covered arch-form gallery with another big rustic dining table, a sitting area, and a good-sized BBQ.
On the same ground floor, you also have a bedroom with 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom, and one more fully equipped bathroom.
A staircase from the living room leads you to the first floor that offers a spacious lounge-game room, three bedrooms (two with a double bed (1.50m and 1,35m) and the third one with two single beds), and two bathrooms with showers. From every room, you may enjoy spectacular views over the mountains, valley, and greenery.
Villa Son Pons was totally refurbished and equipped with new high-quality materials and furniture, offers air conditioning in the dining room, ceiling fans in all bedrooms and pedestal fans in the living room, WiFi connection, SAT-TV (350 channels), a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary for comfortable cooking, a dishwasher, bed linens and towels, lots of parking space on the territory, etc.
The outdoor areas also offer an above-ground pool (3×5×1'50) with sunbeds, various dining and rest areas, and also billiard and ping-pong tables. From each corner, you will enjoy spectacular panoramic views.
The nearest town, Llucmayor is located about 15 minutes by car. It has many buildings of historical interest which is a testament to its rich and varied heritage. Here you will find typical Mallorcan restaurants, bakeries, and coffee shops where you may try authentical local food or just have a cup of coffee or a glass of wine while taking a rest and enjoying the calmness of the town. Hiking and biking are very easy in this area with its quiet streets and gentle hills.
There is also a major golf resort, Son Antem Golf Club within 5 kilometers.

This stay is beyond fabulous! We were skeptical to book in the beginning due to the small number of reviews but I am happy to contribute by saying that this place is paradise on Earth! It is a mere 20 minutes drive from the airport and its location tsee more
This stay is beyond fabulous! We were skeptical to book in the beginning due to the small number of reviews but I am happy to contribute by saying that this place is paradise on Earth! It is a mere 20 minutes drive from the airport and its location to the east of Palma means you are closer to other beaches in the South and East parts of the island. The site is vast and you can enjoy a peaceful stay with no one bothering you! You feel like you are in a fairy tale. Everything was very clear and the support was fantastic. Can't imagine a better place. The fire place was a nice bonus, using wood from the premises. Be ready for an experience you will never forget. Things to note:1. Internet sometimes comes and goes due to the location but mobile coverage is plentiful so no problems2. The garbage must be taken to a collection point in the nearby town of Llucmajor which takes about 10 mins, keep in mind for checkout day. Would be helpful to have more information about this ahead of time

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenhalt mit 2 Paaren mit jeweils einem Kind! Es gibt für die Kinder u.a. auch einen Kindertisch und Spielsachen, auch bei schlechtem Wetter haben wir uns nicht gelangweilt. Der Checkin ist sehr einfach, in Flughafennähe holt man den Schlüssel in einer Sicherheitsbox ab und gibt ihn dort auch wieder ab! Die Kommunikation lief schnell und problemlos über Messenger. Die Finca hat sich hat ein riesiges Areal, was auch zu Spaziergängen einläd! In Palma ist man nach ca. 30 min. Autofahrt! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

La pasamos muy bien y nos sentimos muy cómodos en la Villa Son Pons. Volveremos encantados!

Am Morgen wachen Sie auf, hören dem Gesang der Vögel zu und genießen von jedem Schlafzimmer aus einen beeindruckenden Blick auf die Weinberge und Berge. Wir haben es sehr geschätzt, dass Sie sowohl vom Wohnzimmer als auch von jedem Schlafzimmer aus Zugang zum Außenbereich und zum Poolbereich haben.
Das nächste Dorf Felanitx mit Supermärkten, Lebensmittelgeschäften, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars und Restaurants ist 3 Autominuten entfernt. |
