Villa Maravillas 2 is an attractive detached house located in the quiet area of Ses Cadenes in El Arenal de Mallorca, a privileged area situated close to Playa de Palma, one of the longest sandy beaches of Mallorca with a lovely sea promenade with numerous restaurants, bars, cafes, souvenirs shops, etc.
The house offers an inviting living room with a rest area with a comfortable L-shaped sofa, a fireplace, and huge flat-screen TV and a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, three spacious double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, and two full bathrooms. Here you also have a large terrace with a lounge zone that leads to the pool area.
The outdoor territory has a big garden with a lawn and palm trees, a large terrace with sunbeds and an embedded swimming pool, and another covered terrace where we can find a brick barbecue and a dining area, where you can enjoy grilling diners with your family and friends. Also, here you have an outdoor toilet.
Villa Maravillas 2 is fully equipped and furnished, air conditioning and heating throughout the house, Wi-Fi connection, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, etc. Also, there is a garage, DIY area, and even has a pelota court.
Villa Maravillas 2 is a perfect place for beach lovers and the ones who like to have all the necessary amenities within reach.
*Payment of the Ecotax is mandatory in the Balearic Islands (€2.20 per person per night)*
*IMPORTANT: THE KEYS TO THE PROPERTY MUST BE COLLECTED FROM OUR OFFICE. Office hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00. If your arrival time is outside these hours, please make sure you have received our mail with instructions to collect the keys in a safe deposit box*.
*No type of events or parties are allowed*
*Silence is obligatory between 22:00 and 09:00, and during the rest of the day respect for the neighbors is essential (no loud music, excessive noise, etc.)*

I liked that the place actually looked the same like in the pictures. There was plenty of room outside and inside. Perfect place for a getaway with friendsfamily. Also a big plus is that everything you need (supermarket, restaurants, beach) is nearbysee more

Anreise an einem Samstag, Schlüsselbox am Office 5 Min. vom Flughafen weg funktionierte problemlos, Haus sehr sauber, ebenso Pool und Umgebung, Wasser sehr sauber und warm (Ende April), Gut ausgerüstete Küche jedoch ohne Salz Öl Gewürze etc., grosser Supermarkt 2 Min weg, 200m vom Strand. Schlüsselrückgabe an Putzfrau am letzten Tag. Alle sehr nett und prompt. Kein Depot etc. . Barrierefrei, gut geeignet auch für ältere Gäste. Kommen gerne wieder nächstes Jahr!
