Villa S'Alzina is a cozy holiday home in Mallorca located in the southeast of the island, in Calonge, near Santanyí, in a very quiet and idyllic environment. This Mallorcan rural house is made of natural stone and is surrounded by nature and rich vegetation, exudes a relaxed holiday atmosphere, and is suitable for anyone looking for a holiday with absolute privacy.
Villa S'Alzina has two floors distributed as follows: On the ground floor, there is a comfortable living-dining room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a fireplace, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The upper floor offers another living room, 3 bedrooms, and a bathrooms. From this floor, you can enjoy clear views of the countryside and partial views of the sea.
Once you have entered the interior, you will feel welcomed by a cozy and homely atmosphere. The house is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and carefree stay: air conditioning in each room, Wi-Fi, 2 televisions (one in each living room), a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, dishwasher, complete kitchenware, and the necessary appliances, sheets and towels, and much more.
Villa S´Alzina is located on a private plot with a 50 m² swimming pool, a large sunny terrace with sun loungers and a Balinese bed, a brick barbecue, a covered terrace, and outdoor bathroom with a shower. The villa has a ping pong table for fun games. The exteriors invite you to enjoy the peaceful views of nature and the blue of the sea on the horizon.
A supermarket is 2 km or a 5-minute drive away, and a variety of restaurants with local specialties are just 650 m or a 7-minute walk from the property. If you want to enjoy a beautiful sandy beach, you will find the bay of Cala d'Or with its turquoise blue waters and white sand beaches just 5 km or 9 minutes by car. Several picturesque coves and beaches such as Cala Serena, Cala Sa Nau, Playa de Portocolom, etc. can be reached in 10-15 minutes by car. In approximately one hour by car, you can reach the capital of the island, Palma, and its Old Town, the Cathedral of La Seu, and other historical heritage that is undoubtedly worth visiting. In addition, Palma City offers a variety of Mallorcan and international food restaurants, including Michelin-starred restaurants, several markets (among them Mercado de Santa Catalina and Mercado Olivar), shopping centers, and luxury stores, etc.

We had a wonderfully relaxing stay here! The villa is beautiful ... the perfect place to get away from it all. It was a great place to base ourselves to explore the beaches in the southeast but also the north is only an hour away. Slow was very resposee more
