Please allow me to introduce myself - my name is Antonio Hernández Florit and I am the founder and CEO of SLOW VILAS, a local company dedicated to holiday property management throughout Mallorca. We have more than 10 years of experience within the sector and our offices are strategically located next to Palma Airport.

Check-ins and Check-outs: Entradas y salidas de la propiedad supervisadas directamente por nuestro equipo de recepción.
24-hour customer and owner service: Siempre localizables para la gestión de cualquier incidencia o emergencia.
We know how important your property is to you, and in order to provide a personal and truly effective service to each of our customers we limit our portfolio to a maximum of 50 properties. We pride ourselves with this tailor-made approach and look to build your trust and a great working relationship.
Slow Villas are here to help you relax in the knowledge that your property is being cared for all year round. From the holiday high season of March to November to the possibility of monthly rentals in the low season in-between.

Slow Villas offers a wide range of villas and holiday homes all over Majorca: modern and classic properties, on the seaside, in mountains or in the countryside, with sea and landscape views, and with lots of extras such as BBQ, pool, garden, tennis court, ping-pong table, billiard, SPA area, etc.
All our properties are fully equipped and furnished, have a free Wi-Fi connection, bed linens, towels, and look forward to hosting you and your family and friends.
